Very Tight Budget, Complete Whole House Remodel

Cost constraints were the biggest factor in this project. We needed to take this very neglected home and make it new again within an extremely tight budget. This included removing some walls to open the house up to an open floor plan, new finishes in every room, new flooring throughout, new exterior updates and landscaping, and a relocated laundry and expanded the master suite.

A lot of work for a small budget that paid off in an affordable and comfortable, well designed home!
